Game Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g game mince
  • 30g What’s Cooking Majiek Meatball Base (803114)
  • 80ml water

METHOD

  1. Add water to the Majiek Meatball Base and allow to soak up for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Add Mince to this mixture and mix thoroughly.
  3. Roll into desired shape or size and bake in pre heated oven at 180°C until cooked and golden brown in colour.
