- 600g Chicken Thighs, Deboned And Cut Into Half
- Espetada Skewers
- Oom Freddy’s Legacy ™ Sprinkle
- Oom Freddy’s Legacy ™ Marinade
- 1 Green Pepper, Cut Into 2cm X 2cm Squares
- 1 Red Onion, Cut Into 2cm X 2cm Squares
- 100g Dried Peaches, Soaked In Water
METHOD
- Preheat The Oven To 180 °C
- Season The Chicken Thighs With Oom Freddy’s Legacy ™ Sprinkle
- Skewer Chicken Thighs, Peppers, Onion And Peaches Onto Espetada Skewers
- Baste With Oom Freddy’s Legacy ™ Marinade
- Bake For 25 Minutes & Apply Another Layer Of Basting
- Increase Oven Temperature To 200 °C And Finish Off By Grilling The Espetadas For The Last 5 - 10 Minutes
