Chakalaka Stew Mix

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g Cooking oil
  • 1kg Chopped onions
  • 3kg Chopped tomatoes
  • 120g What's Cooking Chakalaka Stew Mix sachet
  • 1L Water

METHOD

  1. Preheat oil, and sauté onion and tomato together in a pot.
  2. Mix 120g What's Cooking Chakalaka Stew Mix sachet with 1L water and add to tomato and onion mix.
  3. Simmer all ingredients together until the sauce starts to thicken.
